Service Description
A consultation-only visit designed to get you medically ready for your FAA exam before you ever file an application. This service includes: A full review of your health history Discussion of any existing medical conditions and how the FAA views them (clear, requires documentation, or special issuance) Guidance on medications, disqualifying factors, and what to prepare A personalized discussion and health review to ensure your official FAA Medical Exam goes smoothly with no turbulence. Perfect for new pilots, returning pilots, or anyone with medical questions who wants clarity before beginning the FAA process.
Cancellation Policy
All appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be considered a late cancellation, and all fees will apply with no refunds provided. Missed appointments or no-shows are treated the same as late cancellations, and full payment will be required.
