Cancellation Policy
All appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be considered a late cancellation, and all fees will apply with no refunds provided. Missed appointments or no-shows are treated the same as late cancellations, and full payment will be required.
